Where is my order?

Once your order has been shipped out, a tracking number will be sent to you via email so you can easily check your order status through the attached link. Otherwise, you can track your order via the following link: https://www.17track.net/en.

I haven’t received my email confirmation, can you help?

Don't forget to check your spam/junk folder, emails can get caught up in there. If you still can't find it, please contact our customer service team through email: support@teeducate.com.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can. However, you only can cancel your order before the items enter the production process and the cancel request is only accepted before that time! If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at support@teeducate.com as soon as possible.

Can I edit my order?

We are really quick to fulfill your order which means we are unable to make changes once you've placed it. So please check your order carefully before checking out.

If you detect the mistakes in your order information early, we’d recommend you cancel your order as soon as possible, then place another order with exact information.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you made a mistake with your shipping details, please email us with your order number and new shipping address to be delivered to.

Because we do our best to fulfill every order as soon as possible, in some cases, we may not be able to change your shipping address after it is processed or shipped out.

If your order had already shipped, we'd recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier to have your package intercepted and redirected to the correct address.

I have tracked my order and it shows delivered but I never received it. Where is it?

In this case, you will need to contact our customer service via email: support@teeducate.com. We can then look on a case by case basis to see what has happened here and get it resolved for you!

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

Once your items are shipped, Teeducate is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please ask your family and neighbors. Many lost packages were simply laid aside by a family member and then forgotten; or your courier leaves it with a neighbor if no one is home during delivery.

I think I got the sizing wrong on my order, can I exchange it for a different size? 

Our products are custom printed and unique to each campaign, they will only qualify for refund or exchange if the product itself is faulty, so we will not be able to refund you or exchange the item for a different size.

I received a faulty/wrong item - what do I do?

We’re very sorry to hear that your item is faulty/wrong and would certainly love to have this resolved for you, please contact our customer service team via email: support@teeducate.com with photos of the fault/the incorrect item and we can send you a refund or another free item.

I'm missing an item from my order, what should I do?

Please note that for orders of 2 items and more, we may have sent your items in separate packages, so please check your email to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.

How do I make a purchase?

You can order easily using our online platform:

Step 1: Use the search bar at the top of the page, or the menu bar to search for your favorite products. Click on a product to see more details. To add the product to your cart, click on the blue button that says “Add to cart.” 

Step 2: After you add your favorite items to your cart, you can keep shopping or check out. To check out, click on the blue button that says “Checkout.” 

Step 3: On the checkout page, add or select your shipping address. Next, click the button that says “Continue to shipping”. 

Step 4: Before you click the “Continue to payment” button, please review your shipping information and the items in your cart. Any discounts or promotions will be reflected in your Order Total. 

Step 5: When you’re ready, click the blue button that says “Complete order.” We’ll send you an email confirming your order.

DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

I received a promotional code. How do I apply it?

Applying a promo code is simple! At checkout, simply type the code into the box that says “Discount code.” Then, click the button that says “Apply.” All promotional codes can only be used once.

I have forgotten to add a promotional code to my order, can this be added after I’ve received my order confirmation?

I'm afraid we are unable to add a discount code once the order has been placed with us. If you have had any problems placing an order, please contact our customer service team at support@teeducate.com.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

We get it! We all love a bargain; however, you can only use one discount code on one order at a time.

My discount code didn't work?

Please check that you’re entering the discount code exactly as it appears (case sensitive) and make sure that the code is still in date and has not expired.

If it’s still not working, please contact our customer service team at support@teeducate.com with your discount code and we will be able to advise you further.

How can I get coupons?

We share a surprise coupon code from time to time with our customers via newsletter, and our followers via our instagram account @teeducate. Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on instagram to be updated with our latest treats.

How do I find out what materials your products are made from?

We try to feature this on all products’ descriptions on each product page, if we have missed any or you would like more information please contact our customer service team at support@teeducate.com with the product name for further information.

How do I know what size to get?

Our products are true to size. Refer to our size chart before placing your order. For some products that you cannot find their sizes on our size chart page, please check them in the products’ descriptions on the product pages, or email us at support@teeducate.com.

I would like to leave some feedback, where can I do this?

If you have anything that you loved about Teeducate or any problems you would like to be resolved, please do not hesitate to contact us via mail: support@teeducate.com. We appreciate your feedback and aim to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.

We’d love to give a discount code for customers who leave us feedback with photos of the items.

Anything else I should know?

We cannot guarantee product colors shown on your screen. Please understand colors may vary depending on your monitor's brightness, contrast, etc.
